I typically ship your items using Priority Mail when available.
To have your items shipped faster, please make your purchase using the shipping options here and email to request an invoice for faster shipping.
International Shipping:
For this first round of journals I won't be shipping internationally. Check back in September for international shipping options.

ABOUT RETURNS:
If you have an issue with your order, please contact me immediately.
I typically don't accept returns or cancellations.
Should you need/want to return a purchased item, you must alert me via email within 7 days (including weekends) of receiving the package.
PLEASE check and recheck your shipping information BEFORE you place your order.
I will not be responsible if your package does not arrive because you entered your shipping information incorrectly.
My journals are handmade, "one of a kind", and take time to create. With that in mind, I also want you to have a journal you love and adore. In the event that you are not happy with your journal(s), you will need to communicate with me politely and immediately, I will consider an exchange on a case by case basis and expect that the item is returned to me in the original condition within a 7 day window from the time you receive it. The bottom line is that you need to communicate with me quickly and effectively to resolve any issues.
Return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer, no exceptions will be made to this.
Please note, the return/exchange process can take up to 30 days depending on the item you purchased, shipping, and other factors.
DIGITAL ITEMS:
Digital books, files, or items are NEVER refundable. Please purchase mindfully and with intention.
SALE or DISCOUNTED ITEMS:
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted on Sale Items. All sales are final when an item has been purchased at a discounted rate. This includes items you purchased using a coupon code.
